Kendra Wilkinson is facing rumors that she cheated on husband Hank Baskett with her ex-boyfriend, Shawne Merriman.

According to Radar Online, after news hit that the former playmate was expecting her second child, she reportedly met up with Merriman in San Diego last June.

"She went to San Diego alone without Hank," the source said. "Hank stayed home with the baby, while she had an appearance at a club. Shawne was there."

Merriman, who goes by his nickname, "Lights Out," played in the NFL fot 7 years, from 2005 to 2012 for San Diego and Buffalo. He us currently dating reality star, Tila Tequila.

"Kendra and Shawne dated for a while and they had a pretty volatile relationship. They've always had feelings for each other. He was there [on this night and] they hung out."

But back in June, the formed couple "met for lunch."

Baskett reportedly knows about the meet-up between Wilkinson and Merriman and it has caused many issues in their relationship.

"That caused a lot of problems," the source added.

Meanwhile, a new report has indicated that Wilkinson stopped her birth control without telling Baskett, resulting in her second pregnancy.

In a clip from the show, Wilkinson admitted that she's annoyed with her husband and tells her therapist, "I want to remove my IUD without [telling] Hank."

Later on in the show when breaks the news to her husband leaving him stunned.

"I can have little sperm swim up now ... Let's go!" she says, which prompts him to respond, "I'm feeling pressure right now."
