Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Vin Diesel posted online new images from the set of Fast and Furious 7.

Diesel has been the most active cast member when it comes to keeping the world abreast of the film's developments via social media. From day one of filming the 46-year-old star has religiously updating his Twitter feed, keeping the curiosity of Fast and Furious fans sated.

Vin Diesel reveals first on-set photo featuring Paul Walker, Nathali Emmanuel.

Diesel recently shared three more images from the set via his Facebook and Twitter accounts. In one of the shots he is seen cautiously approaching a building all armed and geared up. In another picture he is seen hugging co-star Michelle Rodriguez and in the third image is going over a scene with the villain, played by Jason Statham, over a glass of wine.

Johnson posted the first picture of himself as Hobbs on Oct. 24. He recently wrapped filming for Hercules, in which he plays the titular character.

"Intense 6 months of HERCULES to now Hobbs (Fast & Furious). Shooting starts now," he tweeted.

Fast and Furious 7 will take off from where Fast and Furious 6 left off. James Wan took over the director's role from Justin Lin, who announced earlier in the year that he will step away from directing the franchise.

The cast for the seventh installment reprising their roles include Ian Shaw, brother of Owen Shaw (Luke Evans, Fast and Furious 6), Tyrese Gibson, Paul Walker, Ludacris, and Jordana Brewster. UFC Womens Bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey and ONG Bak star Tony Jaa will also play important roles.

In Fast and Furious 6, Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel) and his crew helped in taking down Owen Shaw. It is rumored that the plot for the new film will revolve around how the Toretto and his gang combat Owen's brother Ian Shaw (Statham), who is hellbent on avenging his brother's death.

Fast and Furious 7 will hit theaters in July 2014.
