The WWE surely delivered its fair share of twists and turns at its Hell in a Cell pay-per-view on Sunday, as two new heavyweight champions were crowned and a legend turned into a villain by the night's end.

Much to the satisfaction of The Authority, "The Viper" Randy Orton captured the vacant WWE title against the likes of Daniel Bryan while the returning John Cena defeated "The Mexican Aristocrat" Alberto Del Rio to become the new WWE World champion.

The biggest topic of conversation from Hell in a Cell was the apparent Shawn Michaels heel turn, as he superkicked his former student Bryan following a bump HBK sold as the special guest referee during the final moments of the match.

After Bryan took out COO Triple H with a running knee, Michaels kicked Bryan swiftly in his head, which was his first villianeous move since his feud with Hulk Hogan in 2005.

The move by WWE's creative brass seemingly indicates that HBK will likely be joining up with The Authority, and be doing "what's best for business."

WWE Monday Night Raw will be airing live on Oct. 28 at 8 p.m. EDT tonight on the USA network. Please be sure to keep checking back for more of the latest scoops on the WWE.
