Pink and her husband Carey Hart drew criticism on Twitter after he shared pictures of himself taking their daughter on a motorcycle ride without a helmet.
Hart, a professional motor race driver, uploaded the photo of their 1-year-old daughter Willow on top of his motorcycle facing him without wearing a helmet.
He captioned the photo on Instagram, "Been waiting for this day for a very long time. Willz went for her 1st ride on my motorcycle around the pits today. She was pumped the whole time. When we stopped, she gave me a big hug and said it was fun, thank you Papa. That's my girl."
The images drew ire on Twitter. One user wrote his wife on the social media site and said: "@Pink wait until she's 16 and let her decide for herself. Bikes are no joke!" to which the singer replied, "Yeah ok. I've never met you but that's great."
The Grammy-winning singer also defended her husband to her more than 20 million followers.
"If any of u have more experience on a bike than my husband, then I will listen to your opinions on how he should take my daughter for a ride. I can't promise I will care, but I will listen none the less," she tweeted.
After, Twitter user @MMH710 replied to her first comment with, "@pink How experienced is he behind the bike & how old is your girl?" she responded, "You first..."
Another user, @AnjaMganja, also suggested, "@Pink maybe he should just take her for a Walk.. that sounds super fun:)" and another wrote, "Honestly.. I wouldn't like the idea of a child so young being on a bike."
The singer responded to the second comment with, "Then I don't recommend it for your child."
Pink ended the Twitter feud with the following statement: "M'kay I'm gonna go now. Gotta figure out what wills is wearing tomorrow for her MANIACAL MOTO MANIA!!!!!! Gotta pack veggies too! Organic!"
Pink met Hart in 2001 and they got married in 2006. She documented their rocky off-and-on relationship in her 2008 hit song So What. The couple gave birth to their daughter, Willow Sage Hart in June 2011.
