After mentioning in a recent episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians that she would love to pose for Playboy again, the magazine's founder responded to her wishes.

Hugh Hefner's recent tweet stirred speculation that there may be a second Playboy cover in the works for the reality star, who was on the publication's cover in 2007.

"@KimKardashian is looking to make it back onto the cover of Playboy, very exciting," he wrote Tuesday.

He deleted the tweet but it was copied by several followers.

Kardashian told her sisters, Kourtney Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian, she wants to disrobe and model for a provocative shoot after she gives birth.

"I just wanna come out to the world, like, naked and be, like,' 'I look so hot. I'm back. You all called me a whale, Shamu, a cow...'" she said in an episode of the reality show, as she raised her middle finger for added effect. "As soon as I pop this thing out, I want to do Playboy or some nude shoot."

Kim appeared on Tonight Show with Jay Leno Wednesday and discussed her recent weight loss. She shared the diet and exercise regiment that helped her shed 50 pounds in four months and giving birth to daughter North West on June 15.

"I will say it was the hardest challenge of my life and I was dedicated and I was motivated and I did the Atkins diet," she told Leno. "So I tried it, it worked for me. At the beginning, I couldn't exercise a whole lot but then I started going on hikes with different family members and my boyfriend, everyone that would go on the hike with me. And it worked."

She first opened up about her weight loss in lan October issue of People magazine.

"Losing this weight has not been easy. I did it, and that's so rewarding, I was dedicated and motivated, and for me, that paid off," she told the publication. "This makes me feel like I have the strength to take on other challenges."
