Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have filed a lawsuit against co-founder of Youtube Chad Hurley over leaking video from their marriage proposal.

According to reports, Hurley was not invited to the secret engagement, but the couple believes that he manipulated his way into the ballpark on Oct. 21, then used the video to promote his new website, MixBit. Apparently the couple allowed him to stay at the big event only after he signed a non-disclosure form and took a picture holding it.

"Hurley proceeded to try to turn the event into one starring himself, broadcasting the images he knew were the exclusive property rights of someone else," the suit says, TMZ noted.

The couple's court papers seeks unspecified damages and didn't provide an estimate for how much video right to the proposal were worth, but it does note that the rights were supposed to go to MC Cable Television, which produces Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

As of Thursday, the video has been viewed 1.6 million times.

Despite the lawsuit, the couple plans to get married next summer. Kardashian revealed that the wedding will be whatever West wants.

Back in February, the 33-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians reality star, who was previously married Damon Thomas and Kris Humphries, told Cosmopolitan that getting married to the rapper was a priority, but she wasn't going to press it.

"I have this best friend who understands me and helps me through all my tough experiences, and vice versa, you know?" she said. "It just feels like this is it for me."
