Three years after their high-profile divorce, Jon and Kate Gosselin are reportedly still finding it difficult to get along.

"I don't really have a relationship with Kate," Jon, 36, said in a new interview with Oprah Winfrey for her OWN network. "It's more texting, custodial stuff."

The former spouses were offered to star in their own show on TLC, Jon and Kate Plus 8, back in 2007 following the success in ratings of two, one-hour specials on the birth of their sextuplets. Their TLC series followed the daily lives and challenges of the family, but Jon and Kate's marriage was falling apart behind the scenes.

They announced their separation and divorce in 2009.

The former couple is sometimes at odds when co-parenting twins Cara and Mady, 13, and 9-year-old sextuplets Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah and Joel.

"We have two totally different parenting styles, two different totally everythings. Which is a shame, because it affects me, but it really affects my children," Jon said, according to Us Weekly. "We're just moving in totally different directions, just totally not on the same page at all about anything. I don't really know what goes on in Kate's house, and she doesn't really know what goes on in my house. There is no cooperation."

Kate also hinted at co-parenting struggles when she appeared on Bethenny Frankel's talk show in September, saying "Without going into too much detail, we are making the best of it."

It was revealed in September that Jon has since gone on to a life mostly out of the spotlight, waiting tables at a restaurant in rural Pennsylvania.
