Ellen DeGeneres' Beverly Hills mansion was sold to Ryan Seacrest for about $49 million, according to celebrities' site TMZ.com.
Ellen and her wife Portia de Rossi married at the mansion in 2008. The property is a collection of three separate purchases cobbled together into one sprawl.
It has nine bedrooms, 2.87 acres of land, swimming pool, covered lounging and dining areas as wll as koi ponds.

Its main house is 9,200 square foot and has two guesthouses and an additional three bedroom home, according to Realtor.com.
The property was officially listed for $49 million in 2011 although it was in the market for a while before that.
DeGeneres purchased the property from "Will and Grace" creator Max Mutchnick for $29 million, according to Realtor.com. She then purchased two more properties.
