Actor Eddie Cibrian defended his and LeAnn Rimes' marriage and shut down divorce speculation in an interview with Entertainment Tonight.

'[The rumors have] been going on for so long. They're just absurd, and to give any validity to any of these things, it's crazy. We have such a great marriage, very functional and we just decided to do a show to screw all that up," he said, referencing rumors that the alleged divorce is because of a new reality show.

Rimes also confirmed all is well this weekend as she took Cibrian's sons, Jake and Mason, to their soccer game in Los Angeles Saturday (Nov. 2). She sported a high bun, shades, ripped blue jeans and black short-sleeved shirt and black sneakers. She was seen joking around with Jake. She cooled off with a water bottle and popsicle.

Friday Rimes and Cibrian were seen walking hand-in-hand while shopping in Malibu, CA.

Cibrian and Rimes relationship has been on display ever since the two were caught up in an affair scandal (while they were both married to other people). They met on the set of Lifetime's Northern Lights in 2009 and had an extramarital relationship before divorcing their spouses and marrying each other in April 2011 (Cibrian was married to Brandi Glanville for eight years and Rimes married to Dean Sheremet)

Glanville took to Twitter to reveal that she and her ex-husband along with Rimes are on good terms.

Responding to a fan who asked if everyone can just get along, Glanville tweeted, "My kids do not suffer they are happy spoiled and wonderful. [Eddie Cibrian & LeAnn] co parent just fine. Please don't talk about my kids."
