Jada Pinkett Smith stepped out for the first time rocking a new hairstyle since rumors swirled that she was on the verge of a divorce with husband, Will Smith. 

The 42-year-old actress looked rejuvenated as she debuted a very dramatic shaved hair do at the Make Equality Reality charity event at West Hollywood Montage Hotel on Monday.

The working mother-of-two wore the middle of her brown hair in a high ponytail which flaunted the sides of her bleach-blonde sides. The new 80's inspired hairstyle looks similiar to the one her daughter, Willow rocked. 

Jada looked elegant, dressed in a knee length detailed off-white dress, peep-toe heels and simple jewelry. She carried a clutch bag, which revealed that she wasn't wearing her wedding ring. (See photos here:)

The actress hasn't been seen out since reports indicated that she and Will were separated. The couple, who married in 1997 was last photographed together in August. 

Enstars reported earlier that Will and Jada are reportedly living separate lives. Will has been in New Orleans since September filming his new movie, Focus. Jada recently traveled to Paris with her mother and daughter Willow earlier this month. The actress is said to have moved into her brother Caleeb's LA home. 

"Will and I can both do whatever we want because we trust each other to do so," Jada recently said of her relationship with her husband. "This does not mean we have an open relationship. It means we have a grown one."

A source close to the actors said: "They were considered to have one of the most solid marriages in Hollywood, but lately it hasn't seemed that way. Things seemed tense for months."
