Dancing With the Stars may not feature a double elimination this season, as had previously been assumed.

According to an official ABC press release, the week of Nov. 25 will be the final week of competition for Dancing With the Stars. This means that there are only two episodes left until finale week, and with six celebrities left in the competition, there will be four left competing in the finale as opposed to the usual three.

Though the release does not explicitly state that the final four couples will compete in the week of Nov. 25, the Orlando Sentinel released a report claiming that ABC confirmed there would be no double elimination this season.

At this point in the competition, the frontrunners to win the competition appear to be High School Musical star Corbin Bleu and partner Karina Smirnoff as well as Glee star Amber Riley and partner Derek Hough. Both couples have consistently received some of the best scores from the judges. Actress Elizabeth Berkley Lauren and partner Val Chmerkovskiy have also received high scores, though less frequently.

Reality star Jack Osbourne has been steadily improving his dances with partner Cheryl Burke and could be a dark horse going into the finale. Actress Leah Remini has not reached the heights of most of the remaining competitors but remains popular with the public, considering how long she's lasted.

Similarly, comedian Bill Engvall and partner Emma Slater have received the lowest scores compared to their competitors but remain in the competition likely due to Engvall's spirit.
