Big Boi, a member from the hip-hop group Outkast is going through a messy divorce with his estranged wife, Sherlita Patton  after she claimed she discovered explicit photos of Andre 3000 on her estranged husband's cell phone.

Patton filed for divorce last month and the naked photos are said to be the main reason why she wants to go separate ways. Washington radio station 93.9 WKYS reported that during a deposition early Wednesday, Patton declared, "The whole world wondering where Andre 3K been ... just check Big Boi's phone. He's right there, naked."

Patton and Big Boi were married for 11 years and in court documents, she said that their union was "irretrievably broken." The couple have two children together--18 and 12 years of age. Patton is requesting sole custody of the younger child, in addition to spousal support, a split of marital assets and attorney's fees. 

According to Allhiphop.com, there is also a mysterious tweet from Patton's sister that is currently not available, but reportedly states:

"So you mean to tell me he's gay AND has a tiny-weird penis. I'ma need him to pick a struggle. You might see an Outkast porno before you'll see another album."

Andre 3000 and Big Boi met each other while attending Tri-Cities High School near Atlanta together in the 1990's. The duo soon formed OutKast and signed with LaFace records. No word if they plan to reunite, but they produced four successful albums as a group and both released solo projects in 2003.
