Netflix's hit series, Orange Is The New Black, continues to garner attention at an astounding rate, as fans have been flocking to the web non-stop for news on its latest happenings, which unideally includes actress Laura Prepon's (Alex) supposed exit.

Amid chatter of Prepon's departure, Taylor Schilling, who plays the lead role of Paper Chapman, recently spoke to E! Online about how her character has grown through her romantic relationship with Alex.

"Piper learns more about herself through that relationship as the relationship itself evolves. Like any interesting relationship, any time you're really in love with someone and they reflect back to you; all parts of yourself. You see yourself in new ways," she said.

In a separate interview conducted by the entertainment network, Danielle Brooks (Taystee) made it a point to state that whether it's Prepon's character or whoever, the premise of the show always leaves the possibility of a return open-ended.

"The good thing about this show is that you never know what's going to happen. People can go away, and come back, like you never know. Obviously, that happened for me, my character," she said.

Netflix's Orange Is The New Black is set to make its return for season 2 at some point in 2014. The program is currently in production in New York. Be sure to keep checking back for more of the latest info on the popular series.
