Venezuela's Gabriela Isler has been crowned the new Miss Universe.

A native of Maracy, Venezuela, the 25-year-old television host became the seventh contestant to bring victory to the South American country.

The 2013 Miss Universe pageant was held Saturday night at Crocus City Hall in Moscow, Russia. Contestants were judged on their performance in three different areas - swimsuit presentation, evening gown presentation, and an interview - in order to select the one who could "personify the combination of beauty and intelligence that defines the 21st century," according to the International Business Times.

Isler claimed the crown from last year's winner, Olivia Culpo of the U.S. after being judged by Carol Alt, Italo Fontana, Philip Kirkorov, Tara Lipinski, Nobu Matsuhisa, Farouk Shami, Anne V, and Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler.

"I have a lot of emotions," Isler said, according to Time. "I can't describe all the things that I feel at this moment because I'm shaking."

The Venezuelan contestant beat out 85 other women to win the pageant. Alongside Isler, Patricia Yurena Rodriguez of Spain, Jakelyne Oliveira of Brazil, Constanza Baez of Ecuador, and Ariella Arida of the Philippines were also finalists.

Tomorrow, Isler will pose in a $1 million bathing suit crafted with emerald, rubies, and diamonds from Yamamay.
