Miley Cyrus Smoking Weed PHOTOS at EMA Awards 2013: Performance VIDEOS, Fashion PICS & Winners List

Miley Cyrus turned a few heads at the MTV European Music Awards Nov. 11 in Amsterdam with her wardrobe choices starting with the revealing look she wore on the red carpet.

The 20-year-old sported a backless dress with a plunging neckline that had the faces of Notorious B.I.G. and Tupac printed on it along with the words "Please Stop The Violence." To finish off the outfit, Cyrus wore sexy thigh-high studded boots.

The singer acted as if she was smoking a joint onstage in accepting a Best Video award for Wrecking Ball. She came up with her purse and pulled out a joint and sparked it during her thank you speak. Going on stage to receive her award the former Disney star wore a white leotard, which showed ample skin in her crotch area, that she had under a matching fur frock. She completely the look with sky-high white platform heels.

She said of the trophy,"I can't fit it in my bag, but I did find this," before lighting up the joint in a sequence MTV censored for the broadcast in the states.

She twerked with a little person during her performance of We Can't Stop while wearing a tight silver long-sleeved, knee length dress. She then belting out "Wrecking Ball also in a white body suit that rose up in the back, revealed much off her butt, while backed by a giant video screen of herself crying.

Cyrus was back at it again when she hit the stage at the 2013 MTV European Music Awards, twerking again for all the world to see.
