Mariah Carey wore a little black dress during her appearance on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon where she spoke about her husband, their twins and also suprised some of her biggest fans.

The 43-year-old boasted about her children - Monroe and Moroccan Cannon - whom she calls "dem babies."

"They are very good," she said. "They sing their own songs."

She also recalled the painful moment when she dislocated her shoulder over the summer during a video shoot. She said that her husband, Nick Cannon, who was directing the video, saved her.

"My bone was literally sticking out," she said. "I would've crushed this entire side of my face but he flew over there and saved me."

The multi-platinum singer also recently spoke about her difficult recovery with her fans via Facebook.

"The last three months of my life have not been easy. Getting through this injury has been the toughest experience of my life. It took me three months to get to this point but thank God I was able to recover and get my arm back," she wrote. "It's been a long journey, the physical therapists have been incredible and I am very grateful to all of them for helping me."

Aside from her interview segment with Fallon, Carey also suprised some of her biggest fans on the show. While the fans thought they were simply going to listen to her new song The Art Of Letting Go, Carey paid them a visit. Some of her fans were so shocked they burst out into tears.
