As he fights the Major League Baseball's ruling of a 211-game suspension because of a doping scandal this summer, Yankee's third baseman Alex Rodriguez could reportedly be in hot water with his girlfriend as well.

The baseball slugger, 38, was reportedly caught coming out of a women's restroom at Miami's Delano Hotel Saturday night with an unidentified woman, who was not his girlfriend, WWE wrestler Torrie Wilson, according to The New York Daily News. 

A source told the newspaper that Rodriquez and the women entered the restroom and emerged 20 minutes later, looking flustered after they were interrupted by a hotel guest.

Yet, Rodriguez has been dating Wilson since 2011 after other high-profile romances with Kate Hudson, Cameron Diaz and Madonna all fizzled out. He divorced his ex-wife, Cynthia Rodriguez, in 2008.

It's unclear if Wilson is aware of the potential cheating scandal involving her boyfriend. However, she attended an event honoring now retired Yankee's pitcher Mariano Rivera on Monday night, and also posted a photo of herself with the two player on her Instagram account, writing "So cool spending a night honoring Mariano Rivera!"

Rodriguez is currently trying to get a 211-game suspension that was given to him in August overturned. A-Rod and 13 other Major League baseball players were all handed harsh sentences after they allegedly violated doping rules by going to the now-defunct Biogenesis of America clinic in Florida.

Rodriguez wants the suspension overturned because he denies any wrongdoing on his part.
