Fans of Arya (Maisie Williams) should be pleased to know that she has an interesting storyline in Game of Thrones season 4.

Assuming season 4 sticks with adapting A Storm of Sowrds, book three in the A Song of Ice and Fire novels on which the series is based, Arya will experience a lot of action soon.

Season 3 of Game of Thrones left off with Arya learning about the death of her mother Catelyn (Michelle Fairley) and brother Robb (Richard Madden), and she will be rather lost when season 4 picks up. Since she has nowhere else to go, she continues on her journey with The Hound (Rory McCann).

Arya and The Hound stumble upon an inn while they're roaming the country and discover the man who stole her sword, Needle. The men proceed to attack The Hound, who promptly kills them all. Arya then retrieves her sword and they continue onward.

The Hound soon discovers that he has suffered a perilous injury during the fight and comes to realize that he will soon die from his wound. The Hound tries to convince Arya to end his life quickly rather than letting him suffer. She chooses to leave him behind to die, though it is unclear if he actually does or not.

Arya then treks to the Narrow Sea, where she intends to get on a boat traveling to the Wall so that she can be reunited with Jon Snow (Kit Harington). The captain of the boat, a man from Braavos, asks her for payment, of which she has none to give, but she remembers her coin that she can present to any man from Braavos and state the phrase "Valar Morgulis." After she does this, he allows her to board the boat.

Little does Ayra know, however, that the boat is traveling to Braavos, not the Wall.

Season 4 of Game of Thrones is set to premiere in spring 2014, though a specific premiere date has not yet been scheduled.
