Fans of FX's hit biker series, Sons of Anarchy, surely witnessed a bittersweet moment on episode 11 of season 6 with the abrupt death of fallen leader Clay Morrow (Ron Perlman).

After a deal was worked out for leverage against Galen and the Irish, Clay was transported out of the prison, but didn't get that long of a chance to enjoy his freedom, as Jax (Charlie Hunnam) shot his former step father in the throat after first killing the Irish's Galen as retribution for his biological dad's murder.

While SAMCRO wasn't exactly jumping for joy at the site of Clay's death, they all seemingly knew it was necessary. However, it was Gemma (Katey Sagal) who became emotional, but successfully hid it from her son.

Moving forward, the program is set to return with an all-new episode titled, You Are My Sunshine.

The FX network put out the following description on the respective installment:

"As the dust begins to settle, Jax's world is suddenly turned upside down. Written by Kem Nunn & Mike Daniels & Kurt Sutter, directed by Paris Barclay."

In the episode 12 promo video, Tyne Patterson (CCH Pounder) can be seen speaking to Jax about the troubles of his power at the helm of the club.

"I can see how you've risen to your rank," she says.

The SAMCRO president tells Patterson that he doesn't have a choice in the matter.

"Unfortunately, I inherited it," he says.
