Chris Brown showed up to court Wednesday with his girlfriend Karrueche Tran by his side.

The 25-year-old model/socialite showed support for her boyfriend while holding hands when he appeared in court to face a judge after the D.C. arrest that possible violated his probation stemming from his 2009 domestic violent assault on ex-girlfriend, Rihanna.

According to eyewitnesses, Brown sat nervously in the Los Angeles County courtroom, holding girlfriend Tran's hand as he waited while his lawyer, Mark Geragos, met privately with the judge and prosecutor before his hearing began Wednesday afternoon. (See photos here:)

Reports indicated that Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney Mary Murray told Judge James Brandlin that she wanted Brown's probation revoked which would result lead him back behind bars.

But Brandlin declined Murray's request and ordered Brown to spend 90 days in rehab and more community service. He must serve three months at a court approved facility and will leave the three times a week to perform 8 hours of community service. When he's done, he will complete 1,000 hours he was originally given after the Rihanna assault.

Other reports indicated that Brown was kicked out of rehab after two weeks for throwing rocks at his mother's car and shattering glass. Supposedly, the singer became outraged after she visited him for a family session and suggested he stay longer.

"There is much concern with the probationer's new arrest and his violent outburst that resulted in his discharge from a treatment facility," the probation report said, according to CNN.
