After an endless parade of almost-meetings, the scheming of some other Port Charles residents could finally thrust Patrick (Jason Thompson) and Robin (Kimberly McCullogh) back together once and for all on General Hospital.

If the schemes that are hinted at in a new preview clip for the Thursday, Nov. 21 episode come true, they could entail Patrick calling off his wedding to Sabrina (Teresa Castillo) with only a day to go before they're supposed to marry.

Earlier this week, Robin was caught at the General Hospital lab trying to make a cure for Jerry's (Sebastian Roche) polonium poisoning by Carlos (Jeffrey Vincent Parise), Sabrina's ex who would do anything to get her back. Armed with the truth, he is unsure what to do with it -- that is until he gets a nudge from the troublesome Ava Jerome (Maura West).

"Tell Patrick his wife is alive," she told Carlos in the preview clip for Thursday's episode.

Sabrina previously overheard Carlos pumping Brad (Parry Shen) for information on Robin, but can't confirm whether he is simply trying a ploy to get her back or if he truly knows something. She then goes to Eric (Trey Mitchell) for advice.

"What's crazy Carlos up to now?" Eric asked her in the clip, which proves she may share her concerns with someone else.

Meanwhile, Robin is convinced Carlos didn't recognize her and doesn't see him spoiling the deal she struck with Jerry in order to be freed from the Cassadine Island compound. He let her go on the condition that she not see Patrick until she cured him. If she breaks the deal, Jerry plans on killing her mother (Finola Hughes) and father (Tristan Rogers).

Nikolas (Tyler Christopher), however, appears to be worried about what could happen now that Carlos has seen Robin.

"Carlos has no idea who I am," Robin attempted to reassure him in the preview clip.

The highly-anticipated reunion could still be coming for the Drakes, but whether or not it will be in time to keep a new Mrs. Drake from entering the picture still remains to be seen.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 2 p.m. on ABC.
