Get ready for the second episode of this season's "The Bachelorette" tonight. We might catch a glimpse of sweet Emily Maynard when she gets mad!  Host Chris Harrison told TVGuide.com: "What's great about Emily ... is that she is sweet right up until the time she's not. She's this perfect Southern belle and then someone crosses her [in an upcoming episode] and really crosses Ricki and that's when Mama Bear comes out and says, 'Get the f--- out.'"

Last week's premiere episode of "The Bachelorette" saw single mom Emily Maynard meeting her potential 25 suitors. Seven were sent packing after the initial meeting. The bachelors remaining in the competition are Chris, Ryan, Kalon, Arie, Charlie, Jef, Nate, Sean, Joe, Kyle, Aaron, Alejandro, John, Alessandro, Michael, Stevie, Tony and Travis.

The guy who received the first-impression rose from Maynard was Dough, a single father from Seattle who brought Emily a letter his 11-year-old son wrote for her.

In the beginning of the show, Maynard expressed her nervousness that "this can be the night I meet my husband."

She went on to say that she wants a minivan full of babies and wants to be married. "I want it so bad," she said. "I want to be in love. I want babies. I'm tired of being engaged. I want to be married. More importantly, I want the perfect person to share that experience with."

Maynard was previously engaged to NASCAR driver Ricky Hendrick before he tragically died in a plane crash in 2004. They have a daughter, Ricki, 6.

The show will air at 9pm ET tonight.
