Eva Longoria admitted feeling insecure about her latest magazine cover.

The actress and former Desperate Housewives cast member showed off her body in Swarovski crystals that appears to be painted on for the cover of Elle Spain's December 2013 issue. The 38-year-old showed off her curves as she perched on a bench, half-turned toward the camera. She had her brunette hair in glamorous waves and wore smokey shadow on her eyelids to compliment her brown eyes.

The producer, who debuted her short film Out of the Blue at Canon's Project Imagination Film Festival in October, said she "feared being so naked" on the magazine cover wearing only crystals.

The December issue marked her first time naked on the front page of a publication, though she had gotten close to baring it all for other magazine covers.

"The only fear I had before making the cover was being so naked. Unable to hide anything caused me quite insecure," she explained.

The star was in London Tuesday night for the annual Global Gift Gala, where she spent time with friends Victoria Beckham and Nicole Scherzinger. She presented the Pussycat Dolls lead singer with the Philanthropist Award.  The charities supported at the gala include the Eva Longoria Foundation, which she founded in 2012 to help Latin women through education and entrepreneurship.

Longoria has been romantically linked to Jose "Pepe" Antonio Baston, the president of Latin American TV company Televisa. They made their debut as a couple in Mexico City on Nov. 15 when they attending the Museo Jumex Opening dinner at Case De La Bola, according to People.
