Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak gave birth to twins with husband Kroy Bierman on Monday. 

The reality star is now a mother of six kids, including four kids under the age of two and a half and two teenage daughters- Brielle, 16, and Ariana, 11, from a previous relationship, and sons Kroy Jr., 2, and Kash Kade, 15 months, with Biermann. 

"We are officially the 'Biermann Bunch' now!" Zolciak wrote on Instagram. "Guess what?!!! The twins have arrived! We welcomed first a baby girl and second a handsome little boy! They are both healthy and Kroy and I are so thankful!!"

She also revealed the name of her babies. Her newborn daughter is named Kaia Rose, and her newborn son's name is Kane Ren. 

On Nov. 18, Zolciak, who has been documenting her pregnancy on Instagram seemed to be over being pregnant, as she took to the social media site to upload her final selfie, "I'm soooo over being pregnant!" 

And last week, the Zolciak proudly displayed her 48-inch huge baby bump.

"The twins will here this month and we are soooo excited and I'm soooo over being pregnant!" the reality star tweeted to her 759,000 followers. "Hubby just measured my belly OMG!!! 48 inches around!! And not ONE stretch mark!! I know stretch marks r genetics but I have some tricks!"

Kroy is currently the defensive end for the Atlanta Falcons. No word if he and Zolciak will be back for the third season of Dont Be Tardy on Bravo.
