Dancing With the Stars narrowed its competitors down to the Final Three during the first night of a two-part finale.

On Monday night, the last four competitors participated in three different dances - a Judges' Choice, a Samba Relay, and a Freestyle routine. Following the elimination of one team, the remaining three pairs would take on the 24-Hour Fusion Challenge on Tuesday.

Corbin Blue and Karina Smirnoff toped the charts in the Samba Relay with a total of five points and garnered 27 points on their Quickstep routine. However, the couple's Freestyle to Michal Jackson's Smooth Criminal proved to be the event of the night. Receiving a perfect 30, Blue and Smirnoff flawlessly pulled of some of the most famous moves from the King of Pop, including the moonwalk and the lean (see video below).

Amber Riley and Derek Hough came in second during the Samba Relay and received four points. The duo then brought in a perfect score on their Charleston and repeated the 30-point feat with their Freestyle set to Aloe Blacc's Can You Do This.

Jack Osbourne and Cheryl Burke managed to scrape a third place in the Samba Relay and received three points for their work. Although they only received a 24 on their Jive routine, the partners managed a perfect score for their Freestyle, which was set to top Hat, White Tie and Tails by Fred Astaire. However, Osbourne and Burke were still trapped in the Bottom Two by the end of the night.

Luckily for Osbourne and Burke, Bill Engvall and Emma Slater were also in the Bottom Two. After coming in last in the Samba Relay, the pair received a 24 on their Viennese Waltz and a 25 on their Freestyle set to John Williams' Raiders March.

With the lowest score of all four teams, Engvall and Slater were sent home after the first night of Finals competition.

Dancing With the Stars will return with the second round of the season 17 Finals on Tuesday at 9 p.m. ET on ABC.
