The new Batsuit for Batman vs. Superman might be the biggest suit for a Batman movie yet.

Ben Affleck has been bulking up for the role of Batman/Bruce Wayne, to the extent that it's actually starting to become a problem for his other film roles. Based on his workouts, it seems that the new Batsuit will be even bigger than Christian Bale's in the Dark Knight trilogy.

Filmmaker Kevin Smith said that he was very impressed with the new Batsuit when he saw it in early November.

"I don't want to give anything away cause that is up to them and stuff, but I am going to say this...I instantly bear hugged [director Zack Snyder]. You have not seen this costume in film before," Smith explained on the Hollywood Babble-On podcast.

Warner Bros. Considers New Titles for Batman vs. Superman

Based on Smith's comments, the new Batsuit will be a departure from Bale's suit and it will almost definitely be nothing like the Batsuit depicted in the '90s films.

"Every other movie has done this Matrix-y black armor thing. There wasn't a single nipple on this f-ing suit man. I think everyone is gonna be like 'Holy S-!' We haven't been down this path before," Smith teased. "Even the hardest core 'f- this movie' person will be like 'alright, I'm ready!'"

Batman vs. Superman will feature the two iconic superheroes facing off in numerous physical conflicts throughout the movie. Henry Cavill as Superman is equally bulky, so they will be evenly matched.
