Teen Wolf's Lydia won't be screaming too much this season, which comes as a relief to anyone trying to keep the residents of Beacon Hills for being placed six feet under.

Apparently, someone in the Teen Wolf ranks will be on the verge of death for a large portion of season 3B, but Lydia's (Holland Roden) Banshee death radar will be fairly quiet, according to E!.

When the MTV teen drama resumes, Scott McCall (Tyler Posey), Stiles (Dylan O'Brien), and Allison Argent (Crystal Reed) will defiantly be suffering from the rather creepy aftereffects of their triple-suicide ritual. Unfortunately, Scott will have more to deal with then the plethora of delusions that a recent preview suggests he faces (see video below) .

The young Alpha needs to build a pack, and he needs to do it fast. With the Alpha Pack disbanded, Derek (Tyler Hoechlin) briefly out of town, and Peter Hale possessing questionable loyalties (as always), Scott is the only game in town as the Nemeton begins to grow in power.

"You know, he's going to have a crisis of confidence, and he's also going to learn that this is a power and level of responsibility that's not easy for a high school teenager, specifically," said series creator Jeff Davis of the new Alpha's struggle to adjust to his new position, according to Entertainment Weekly. "So he's going to have to trust, say, the twins and allow them to help - or push them away. He's going to have to figure out the roles of his friends and his pack - people like Isaac, Allison and Stiles and Lydia."

Luckily for the teen, there are still two Druid Emissaries hanging around town - the trustworthy Dr. Deaton and the questionable Marin Morrell (Bianca Lawson). Although stabbed in the chest during the midseason finale, Ms. Morrell is still alive and kicking after her brief alliance with the Alpha Pack.

"You're going to see her in new situations," said Lawson, according to Celebified. "Where she really stands is going to be more clear."
