'The Blacklist' Spoilers: Liz Displays 'Tougher' Side, Will Start To Fight For Red's Life In 'Anslo Garrick - Part 2' VIDEO
The Blacklist's FBI team is in grave danger as Red's most dangerous enemy, Anslo Garrick, continues his siege on the black site in "Anslo Garrick - Part 2"
With Agent Ressler (Diego Klattenhoff) barely conscious and Agent Cooper (Harry Lennix) unwilling to disclose the code to the prisoner box that 'Red' Reddington (James Spader) has taken refuge in, Garrick (Ritchie Coster) will continue to execute his hostages while Red tries to find away to keep the death toll low.
"We did want to put [Red] in a situation that, when the chips are down and when the odds are against him, he wouldn't be someone who would appear the coward," said executive producer John Eisendrath, according to Behind the Blacklist. "We wanted to make it clear that, if he had the option, Red would give his life to save others."
In his effort to help save Liz Keen (Megan Boone), Red will try to force the code for Ressler at gunpoint. However, Liz may not need quite as much help as the criminal mastermind thinks she does. "Anslo Garrick - Part 1" saw the profiler step up her game as she MacGyvered her way through the fray, and the once cautious agent seems to be coming into her own in the heat of the fight. According to Boone, fans should expect to see a lot more of her character's fight skills emerging.
"Based on my collaboration with the creators, this is where Elizabeth is going," Boone told Behind the Blacklist. "She's going to become a tougher person, she's going to become someone who can fight for Red's life."

The story of Liz Keen and the Blacklist action will pick up right where it left off last week during the all new episode, "Anslo Garrick - Part 2."
