Tamar Braxton is having a big year and appears that she a had a lot to be thankful for this past Thanksgiving, as she recently celebrated five years of marriage to her husband, Vincent Herbert.

Not only is the Braxton Family Values reality star touring with John Legend on his Made to Love tour, she's the winner of two Soul Train Awards and recently released her Christmas album, Winter Loverland, on Nov. 11.

She took to social media to express her excitement for all of her accomplishments and of course being married to Vincent. Braxton uploaded an adorable photo of Baby Logan on Instagram bundled up with the following caption:

"Look at what we have for our 5th year anniversary Vince! I [heart] you & Logan#weaintgotnonannycauseshewenthome #weforgotitwasthanksgiving #&ouranniversary #wetriedit #nooinkoink #noafterparty #youhavetoholdthebabywhenimonstage #wehood4this #ohwelliloveubothsowethugginitout #wewillcelebratesomeothertime."

With a new baby and a hit album, Love & War, everything is going great for Braxton. At the 2013 Soul Train Awards on Sunday, Braxton was overcome with emotion when she took the stage to accept the honor for Best Female R&B

"I'm just so surprised. I just wanted to start off by thanking God and thanking everyone who supports me and believes in my music and takes me serious as an artist because that's who I am," she said. "I just want to thank my fabulous family-my fantastically beat to death sisters and my husband Vincent Herbert."

She continued crying and delivered more words of inspiration for her fans and the rest of the viewers watching the awards show.

"I just really want to leave you guys with this note: I never thought in my life that I would be here and the only reason is that because I almost gave up on myself," Tamar said.. "I want to let you guys know, no matter what you want to be, no matter who you want to be, don't give up on you. It is possible."

"I'm 36 years old and I'm proud of it. And I don't give a damn if I was 56, she was not finna stop, point blank and the period," she ended her speech saying.
