Grammys 2014 Nominees Announced at Concert with Taylor Swift; Awards Date & Details [LIST & VIDEO]
Taylor Swift will take time off from her Red tour to participate in the annual The Grammy Nominations Concert Live!! - Countdown to Music's Biggest Night on Friday, Dec. 6.
Swift will beam in via satellite from Sydney, Australia in order to participate in this year's event. Last year, Swift co-hosted the event, which mixes performances from artists of all genres with the announcement of the nominees in all of the major categories.
The Grammy Nominations Concert Live! event takes place at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles and airs on CBS on Friday, Dec. 6 at 10 p.m. ET. Keith Urban, who appears on Tim McGraw's Highway Don't Care with Swift, is scheduled to perform.
The 2014 Grammys will be held January 26th and will return to Los Angeles' Staples Center. The 2015 Grammys have been set for February 8th. CBS will broadcast both awards shows live.
The 2013 Grammys took place February 10th at the Staples Center and featured performances by Miguel, Carrie Underwood, Justin Timberlake, Bruno Mars, Sting and Rihanna paying tribute to Bob Marley. Host LL Cool J teamed with Tom Morello, Public Enemy's Chuck D and Blink-182's Travis Barker to perform Whaddup off his latest album, Authentic.
