Following the teaser he released last week, Justin Bieber debuted the complete music video for All That Matters on Monday.

The 19-year-old is shown making out with model Cailin Russo as she lays over various pieces of furniture and vehicles. Bieber, who goes shirtless in the clip, also shows off some sort of pelvic-thrust dance move. He sensually kisses his video vixen on the neck and in one shot they are together leaning in for a kiss. Bieber and Russo also hold each other in a passionate embrace while they make out against a red background.

In the slow-tempo track, Begins sings about needing his woman to be there and light up his life.

"Just as sure as the stars in the sky/I need you to shine in the light/Not just for the meanwhile, for a long long time/ better believe it," he begins the R&B-inspired track.

"You're all that matters to me/Yeah yeah, ain't worry about nobody else/If I ain't with you, I with myself/You make me complete/You're all that matters to me."

Bieber explained the words behind All That Matters on Twitter.

"The lyrics of this song are pretty self-explanatory-when you fall in love with someone, that someone can make you feel whole," he tweeted. "I feel like anyone who has been in love knows what I mean. The song conveys that being in love is one of the greatest feelings on earth. Love is all that matters. But the void you feel when that love goes away is gut-wrenching."
