Kim Zolciak's teen daughter revealed her mother is back to wearing a size 4 just nine days after giving birth to twins.

Brielle Zolciak, 16, tweeted a screengrab of a text her mother wrote telling someone "my belly is almost gone!!!"  Brielle then shared a "selfie" her mother took on Twitter with the caption "how is my mom a size 4... it's been 9 days since she gave birth to twins."

Kim re-tweeted the image and replied to the text message by writing "u wud post my texts." 

The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star was snapped in Lawrenceville, Ga. walking with her husband Kroy Biermann on Nov. 28.  The photo shows the mother-of-six looking svelte just four days after she gave birth to twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren.

She announced the twins' arrival Nov. 24 on Instagram: "The twins have arrived! We welcomed first a baby girl and second a handsome little boy! They are both healthy and Kroy and I are so thankful!!" She also shared the infants' names and the reasons for picking them the next day. 

"Girl: Kaia Rose (After 'psychic' Rose who is like Grandma to me and been a huge part of my life for 13 plus yrs) also the twins were born on Rose's Birthday!"

"Boy: Kane Ren (Ren after my OBGYN who has delivered 5 of the 6 kiddos, who has also been a big part of my life for 12 yrs and we simply adore him)."

Zolciak and Biermann wed in November 2011 and welcomed their first son, Kroy Jagger "KJ" Biermann, on May 30, 2011. Kash was born a year later on Aug. 15, 2012. Her two daughters, Brielle and Ariana, are from a previous relationship.
