It turns out getting dubbed The Sexiest Man Alive may not impress your fiancée - in fact, she may just get a good laugh out of it.

At least that's what happened to The Voice's Adam Levine when his equally gorgeous Victoria Secret model fiancée, Behati Prinsloo, found out he had won the title.

'My fiancée burst into laughter. Keeping me humble, as usual," Levine said about his family's reaction to the news while visiting The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Wednesday. "My mother asked me, very sweetly, if that makes her the sexiest mom alive, which is really cute and also kind of weird...and my father just said, 'You're welcome, son.'"

The Maroon 5 frontman may have exacted his revenge, however, when he tried to surreptitiously borrowed Prinsloo's thumbprint in order to feed his recent Candy Crush Saga addiction.

"This is so sad; you know how they have the thumbprint IDs on the iPhone?" Levine asked Ellen before explaining that he gingerly used his sleeping fiancée's thumb in order to buy more lives on her phone. "And she kind of half woke up and was like, 'What are you doing?' And I was like, 'I'm playing Candy Crush, it's very important!' It happened a few times and finally she had enough."

Levine can be seen on NBC's The Voice where he currently has the most contestants participating in the Top 5.
