Just when it seemed like Felicity and Oliver were officially going to become a couple, Barry Allan, the new guy who made his debut in Wednesday's episode, will get in the way of that.

Stephen Amell (Oliver) revealed to E! News that Allan, who is also Flash, and Felicity's connection will get even stronger throughout the season.

"[Felicity and Oliver's] relationship is really moving in a new direction. It's one of those things where, guys do this all the time, you don't realize the depths and levels of your feelings for someone until someone else likes them."

Arrow fans have already split up into teams on Facebook for the potential relationships-- Olicity (Oliver and Felicity) versus Barricity (Barry and Felicity).

One fan wrote, "I'm just waiting to see how jealous Oliver will be watching Felicity and Barry being close. And she deserves a little fun, even if I'm Olicity...It's not fair [Oliver] gets to have fun. We all know they can't be together now so why not let her enjoy a little too, right?"

Another fan added that Barry and Felicity are too much alike so they won't be able to complete each other as a couple.

In the second part of the midseason finale that will air Dec. 11 called Three Ghosts, Oliver is challenged with another obstacle when he has a fight with Cyrus Gold (the Acolyte) and gets drugged.

A synopsis for the show reads, "Determined to cure him, Felicity makes a risky decision. The cure causes Oliver to hallucinate and what he sees forces him to confront his past. Meanwhile, Barry continues to help Felicity, and their connection grows stronger."

The Arrow also looks to Lance (played by Paul Blackthorne) for help on digging up more information about Gold, but it doesn't go nearly as planned and someone ends up losing their life.
