It looks like the newest installment of MTV’s Teen Mom franchise has seen its last days as Teen Mom 3 has been cancelled.

Cast members  tweeted the news to fans Saturday.

Brianna DeJesus, one of the teen moms wrote, “Miss my [Teen Mom 3] girls, wish I was with them right now...It’s come to an end guys!”

Fans began speculating whether she meant the show was over and DeJesus confirmed the news. One asked her if they were doing another season and she replied, “No.”

She then followed up with, “Teen Mom 3 was one of the best experiences I ever had! I will never forget it! Time to move on from MTV and do bigger and better things. And no I don’t mean become a porn star.”

DeJesus starred on the show with Alex Sekella, Katie Yeager and Mackenzie Douthit. Her cast members used Twitter to express their disappointment with the show being cancelled.

Douthit, who is currently seven months pregnant, retweeted her mother, Angie’s message, “I’m very sad MTV chose to cancel. I wanted to keep sharing my faith on TV. And Mack wanted to share her struggles with diabetes. So sad...”

Douthit recently made headlines when she suffered a breakdown on Facebook Nov. 21 and revealed she was going through a crisis with her second pregnancy.

Sekella tweeted she believes the show was cancelled because there was not enough drama.

She wrote, “Yes no more Teen Mom 3. Guess we weren’t enough of train wrecks for it to be interesting. America wants to watch crazies oh well.”

Yeager confessed that she is relieved the show has been taken off the air so she and her daughter, Molli, can live life off of television.

Yeager tweeted, “I’m grateful for this experience. Molli and I are ready to move on from this and live a normal life. Thanks for all the love and support.”

The final episode of the show, a reunion special, aired Nov. 18.
