A few spoilers surfaced about Transformers 4: Age of Extinction after Asian website M1905 recently uploaded interviews that some of the cast members, the director and the producer of the film gave while they were still filming in China.

Mark Wahlberg, Jack Reynor, Li BingBing, director Michael Bay and producer Lorenzo Di Bonaventura revealed plot details during the course of their interviews.

Reynor, who plays an Irish race car driver in the film, spoke about his relationship with Cade's daughter Tessa (Nicola Peltz) in the film. The actor said early on in the film he saves Cade (Mark Wahlberg) and Tessa's life. Reynor went on to talk about his relationship with Tessa.

"They have a no dating policy in their house because Mark's wife has died and he finds it difficult to get past that, and Nicola's character finds it very difficult to go through school without being able to date anybody so secretly she dates this Irish race car driver," he said.

Bay revealed that Bing Bing's character ran a very sophisticated factory in China and that there was one autobot who only spoke Mandarin. Clarifying a rumor about the Chinese army playing a role in the film, Boneventura said that the film will only feature a few military officials.

While speaking of the bond between Cade and Optimus Prime, which stems from the willingness to fight for anything they believe in, Wahlberg cited an example from the film.

"There is a moment where I have an opportunity to save myself or save my daughter and Optimus had the same opportunity to save himself but he chose to do the right thing, he wants to stand for the good," Walhberg said.

Kelsey Grammer will be playing the role of Harold Attinger, a counter-intelligence agent who is the main antagonist in the film.

Transformers: Age of Extinction comes out June 27, 2014.
