Bey-hive fans can expect some new music from Beyonce next year, according to Columbia Records chairman, Rob Stringer.

In an interview with Hits Daily Double, Stringer recently outlined the 2014 projects that he's most excited for.

"At the beginning of next year we've got Broken Bells and Bruce Springsteen," he told the publication. "Then we've got Lea Michele from 'Glee' coming, and we've got Foster the People up next. Then we've got Pharrell and Solange, and obviously, at some point Beyonce will put a record out, and when she does it will be monumental."

Stringer did notgo into  further detail or explain when fans could expect a release date for Beyonce's new music. The singer, who released her last album "4" in 2011, was reported going to release a new album this year after her February performance at the Superbowl. But fans became disappointed when they did not hear news on a new album or an official first single, even after she performed with Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams from Destiny's Child.

The confirmation of the new album comes days after a snippet of what many expected to be Beyonce's Grown Woman music video hit the net. The singer is also rumored to be performing at the 2014 Grammy awards in February. She will most likely attend the awards show with her husband, Jay Z, who received 9 nominations, incuding one for their collaboration for Part II (On The Run) off of the rapper's Magna Carta Holy Grail album which was released this past summer.
