Fans of Discovery Channel's Amish Mafia won't be disappointed when the show returns with its Christmas special ahead of the show's season 3 premiere in 2014.

A preview clip for A Very Amish Christmas, which airs Dec. 10, features cast members Esther Schmucker, Lebanon Levi, and Merlin, as they all explain what Christmas means for them.

"An Amish Christmas is about family, and celebrating the birth of Christ," Schmucker said in the clip.

Scenes from the episode involve her and her brothers, John and Freeman, enjoying a nice Christmas dinner. She speaks to them in Dutch and says "Dad would be really proud that we all came together for Christmas."

Schmucker's scenes for the show were presumably shot before her boyfriend, Imir R. Williams, assaulted her on Oct. 31.

Levi, the head of the Pennsylvania Amish Mafia, and Merlin, the head of the Ohio bunch, will clash once again regarding their very different takes on Christmas.

"For me, it's a great time of year to earn some extra money," Levi said in the clip, as scenes featuring him selling Christmas trees are shown.

Merlin does not agree with the commercial aspect of Christmas. He expresses his frustrations when he sees Santa Claus being featured more prominently than Jesus Christ on every decoration he finds.

"It's not about celebrating Santa Claus or the gifts you get...Christmas in Lancaster will be Amish this year," he stated in the preview.

Some of the moves Merlin makes to ensure that Christmas stays Amish include accosting Levi at one his functions, beating up an inflatable Santa Claus on the road, blowing up an electric dancing Santa Claus on someone's lawn, and even stopping a Santa Claus impersonator on the side of the road and threatening him.

"You're a fraud," he said. "We don't have Santa in Amish Country. LEAVE!"

Merlin's take on Christmas was previously spoiled on his Facebook fan page by a fan named Joey Orner. The social media user wrote on Nov. 13 that he saw Merlin filming a scene for the show involving him attacking an inflatable Santa Claus.
