Kim Kardashian is making headlines once again after Us Weekly published photos of the slim and trim new mother of North West, but the only problem is--she didn't pose for the pictures.

The cover story titled, "My Body is Back" features the 33-year-old reality star walking on the beach in a tiny bikini. It's only been 6 months since she gave birth to her daughter, with many wondering how she was able to get her body back in shape so quick.

But, according to FOX, Kardashian didn't pose for the photos or even talk to the magazine. Her reps confirmed that the pictures were not approved by Kardashian, but were probably taken in Miami over Thanksgiving weekend.

"We didn't do an US Weekly cover. I haven't seen it yet. I'm told they have used paparazzi shots," the reps said.

Experts also believe Us Weekly had the photos airbrushed to make Kardashian look thinner.

"I qualitatively think that it looks like they airbrushed the neck  -- not the head...she has a naturally small head --  which makes her head look 'off' and her hips," Chris Spagnuolo, editorial director of Guyism.com said in a statement. " [Her] waist doesn't look normal, especially compared to all of the other full body bikini photos of her."

Bill Swift, editor at celebrity site Egotastic.com said, "the photo has been touched up heavily. But that's fairly standard, especially for covers."

The only true aspect about the cover story is that she didn't have plastic surgery perform to reduce her baby weight, something Kardashian herself has vehemently denied doing.

"I am very frustrated today seeing reports that I got surgery to lose my baby weight! This is FALSE. I worked so hard to train myself to eat right and healthy, I work out so hard and this was such a challenge for me but I did it!!!" she tweeted. "I'm so proud of my accomplishment and NO ONE will take this away from me with fake reports! Say what you want about me but I work hard and am the most disciplined person you will ever meet!"
