Eminem released the video for Monster, in which he's being psychoanalyzed by Rihanna.

The rapper is seen sitting in a therapist's dim office watching images of violence, drug consumption and his family. In another scene, he's constrained in a straitjacket as he's supervised by Dr. Dre.

Eminem also goes down memory lane in the video. Scenes from his 2001 Grammy performance with Elton John appear in the video, as well as a similar scene from his 2002 video for Lose Yourself.

Rihanna previously boasted about the video and also complimented Eminem via Twitter before the clip was released.

The latest collaboration appears on Eminem's The Marshall Mathers LP 2, which was released in November and went to No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart. The record is the follow-up to 2000's The Marshall Mathers LP, an album that many deemed his best record to date.

"Calling it The Marshall Mathers LP 2, obviously I knew that there might be certain expectations," Eminem told Rolling Stone. "I wouldn't want to call it that just for the sake of calling it that. I had to make sure that I had the right songs - and just when you think you got it, you listen and you're like, 'F--k, man! I feel like it needs this or that,' to paint the whole picture."
