After countless rumors regarding their relationship and wedding date, Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux are reportedly definitely tying the knot in 2014.

"Jen and Justin are looking at it like it's a party for their friends. They've downgraded the scale of their wedding," a source reportedly told The Daily Mail. "Justin is adamant it will happen in 2014 but that it will be more spontaneous and organic than they'd previously wanted."

The two, who got engaged in August 2012, have also allegedly been affected by distance and needed help to patch things up.

"They have had some counseling," the source added. "They both regret not spending more time together this year and they're determined that next year will be different."

The insider went on to say that Aniston and Theroux are "fully committed" to each other and have stalled their wedding plans simply because of work commitments.

The two are also reportedly set to spend New Year's together in Mexico. The love birds vacationed there last December with fellow celebrity couples Emily Blunt and John Krasinski as well as Jimmy Kimmel and Molly McNearney.

Aniston and her fiancé have also been spotted together several times recently. Over the weekend, Theroux dropped off Aniston at Blunt's baby shower and earlier in December they visited Mr. Greentrees in West Hollywood to find the perfect tree for the upcoming holiday.

"They looked at several trees," a source told E! News. "Jennifer seemed excited about a big noble fir and Justin agreed with her. You could see she took her choice very seriously and made sure to pick out the perfect tree for their new house."
