Real Housewives of New Jersey fans will not get to see Teresa and Joe Giudice's upcoming trial in the show's sixth season, Radar Online reported.

"They won't get anything this season," a source said, talking about viewers wanting to see details about the trial. "Now all they'll get is Teresa talking about how she's just trying to stay positive for her family."

The production team for the Bravo reality show pushed back the original filming schedule in order to tape the trial. Filming usually starts in the fall, but this time around it began the first week of December. Producers are now hit with a snafu because the date for the court case was bumped from Feb. 24, 2014 and could take place sometime in April. An official trail date has not been released.

Teresa is said to be happy about the trial not being aired, even though producers are now scurrying and trying to find another juicy storyline for the season. The insider added, "Teresa likely doesn't care as long as she is getting paid and gets to promote her businesses."

Teresa and Joe are facing at 41 counts of bank fraud and loan application fraud charges. They are accused of lying to banks in order to get loans to keep up a lavish lifestyle. Joe, who is a citizen of Italy, could be deported if charged. They have decided not to take a plea deal and pleaded not guilty.

This isn't the only trial Joe will be facing in 2014. He is also charged with obtaining a fake driver license after he got one in his brother's name when his own was taken away.
