Kate Middleton is pregnant again, according to reports.

The Duchess of Cambridge who just gave birth to Prince George in June is expecting her second child with husband Prince William and is three months along.

The couple attended the premiere of Natural History Museum Alive 3D and Middleton was said to be resting her hand on her stomach the entire night.

"She looked absolutely beautiful and glowing, and her hand rested only on her stomach for most of the night," an eyewitness told Star magazine. "There was definitely what seemed to be a little bump showing already. And William was so tentative to her, quietly whispering to Kate and asking if she wanted to sit down or needed a sip of water. It was so sweet."

The source added that Middleton hasn't told many people yet, claiming that the 32-year-old recently confirmed the pregnancy with her doctor.

In a recent photo obtained by HollywoodLife.com, Middleton is shown walking Prince George in a park while wearing a baggy shirt that shows off a bigger than usual stomach.

"Their immediate families are obviously thrilled beyond words when the couple told them news," a Palace insider said. "The other royals, including William's grandmother, Queen Eilzabeth II were let in on Kate's wonderful secret during their Christmas lunch at Buckingham Palace on Dec. 18 - and the entire family is now sworn to keeping it quiet so that an official announcement can be made in the New Year."

The source revealed Middleton is hoping for a little girl to name after Prince William's late mother, Diana.
