Kim Kardashian Accusses British Airways of Stealing Expensive Items from Her Luggage

Kim Kardashian accused British Airways' workers of stealing expensive items from her luggage, including a pair of sunglasses that her late father gave her.

Kardashian alleges that baggage handlers stole several extremely expensive purses and Tumi luggage apart from the pair of vintage sunglasses, reports celebrities' site TMZ.com.

The site says Kardashian even felt her luggage was significantly lighter than when she left.

"Very disappointed in British Airways for opening my luggage & taking some special items of mine! Some things are sentimental & not replaceable," Kardashian wrote on her Twitter over the weekend.

"What happened to the days when you could lock your bags! We need to get back to that. There's no sense of security & no trust!" she added.

Kardashian filed a report with the airline and plans to complain to police if the company doesn't solve the issue, TMZ.com reports.

Kardashian traveled back from France to Los Angeles after she attended the Cannes Film Festival with boyfriend Kanye West.
