Beyonce Pregnant with Second Child? Singer Taking Folic Acid Pills: Report

Beyonce only just gave birth to her daughter Blue Ivy in January but it seems that she may be pregnant again with baby number two. If rumors are true, Beyonce is 8 weeks pregnant.

Sources close to the singer told Media TakeOut: "She didn't drink any alcohol [for weeks] and we've ordered Petrus & Champagne multiple times. And Petrus is her favorite wine! It just wasn't her."

The news has not been confirmed by Beyonce or Jay-Z.

Beyonce is reportedly taking folic acid pills. The news comes as no surprise as Beyonce previously expressed that she wanted more children. 

She told Entertainment Tonight at the Met Gala earlier this month that she "definitely" wants to have more children.

"I definitely want to have more," said Beyonce. "I don't know how many. God knows I don't know yet."

Blue was born on January 7 at New York's Lenox Hill Hospital. Jay-Z and Beyonce reportedly paid $1.3 million for a luxury baby delivery suite, according to a statement released by Lenox Hill.

16-time Grammy winner Beyonce was named People Magazine's "2012 Most Beautiful Woman" last month.  She told People: "I feel more beautiful than I've ever felt because I've given birth. I have never felt so connected, never felt like I had such a purpose on this earth." according to People.

Beyonce performed for the first time since giving birth last week in Atlantic City. She told her fans that she shed 60 pounds since the birth of her daughter Blue Ivy Carter.

"Y'all have no idea how hard I worked!" Beyonce told fans at her concert in the Revel Resort. "I had to lose 60 pounds. They had me on that treadmill eating lettuce!" she said.

She exclaimed: "Now tonight I'm gonna get chocolate wasted!"
