Pop stars Ariana Grande and Miley Cyrus were rumored to be involved in a little cat fight after the Wrecking Ball singer threw some shade at her during a recent interview.

Grande, 20, has been having a great year so far, but with success comes haters. In her newest Teen Vogue February cover issue, The Way singer talked about struggling with dealing with haters on social media.

"I'm a lot more shy than people think. I don't go online when I'm dealing with sh**. This is a very amazing time in my life, but also the most stressful. I'm adjusting and I'm learning. For a very long time, it affected me. And I was like, 'But they don't know the story!' or 'But they don't know me!" Grande said.

Grande gave credit to her friends, who has been giving her great advice on how to stay positive.

"My friends were like, 'That's the thing. They don't know you and they never will. You can't let a 12-year-old in Minnesota ruin your day," she said.

Cyrus, 21, who is known to be very vocal on social media recently called out Grande and appeared to have thrown a jab at her when asked if she pays attention to what other pop stars are doing, according to The New York Times.

"I don't have a bunch of celeb friends, because I feel like some of them are a little scared of the association. This is terrible. I was backstage with [the rising pop star] Ariana Grande. I'm like, "Walk out with me right now and get this picture, and this will be the best thing that happens to you, because just you associating with me makes you a little less sweet."

"She's trying. I see her wearing the shorter things. She comes in, and she goes, "This made me feel like you." And I'm like, "That was like my sixth grade prom dress." She's, I think, still on Nickelodeon. She has people that she has to kind of respect," Cyrus added.
