Tori Spelling has yet to publicly comment on rumors that her husband Dean McDermott cheated on her, but she may have confirmed that her marriage is in trouble by stepping out without her wedding ring on Dec. 29.

The Beverly Hills 90210 alum, 40, was spotted leaving Benihana restaurant in Encino, Calif. Sunday night after a dinner with long-time male friend Mehran Farhat and her four children: Liam, 6; Stella, 5; Hattie, 2; and Finn, 1.

Not only was McDermott absent from the family outing, but so was Spelling's wedding ring. The actress made no attempt at hiding her ring-less finger as she left the restaurant with Finn in her arms.

Tori Spelling, Dean McDermott FIghting Over Emily Goodhand Claims Behind Closed Doors?

The actress was reportedly unhappy to see photographers at the restaurant.

"When Tori came out of the restaurant she seemed stressed out and was not happy to see photographers," a source told E! News. "She had her nanny with her to help with all the kids and she stayed tight-lipped when asked questions about Dean's infidelity. Tori did not make eye contact with anyone and just stared ahead."

The dinner marked Spelling's first public outing since rumors broke last week that McDermott, 47, cheated on his wife earlier in December while promoting his new hosting gig for Chopped: Canada in Toronto.

Emily Goodhand, a 28-year-old model, told Us Weekly she had slept with McDermott on the night of Dec. 6 after meeting him earlier that day. McDermott reportedly told her he and Spelling had a "sexless" marriage.

"He said, 'I love my wife. I love her so much, but she won't sleep with me," the model alleged.

Spelling has yet to publicly confirm the news or address the rumors, a rare move for the star who has publicly slammed reports about the state of her marriage before. She even writing an open letter to Star back in February over their cover story claiming she and McDermott were headed toward a $300 million divorce.

Spelling has chosen to promote her positive family image this time around, posting photos and videos of their Christmas celebrations to her social media accounts and personal website. She also made light of the Benihana situation by posting a photo of Farhat with one of her children wearing chef's hats at the restaurant on Instagram.

"Kids and I are having dinner w/ Uncle @mehranfarhat. I think he's more into it than them! #Benihana," she captioned the photo.
