The latest trailer for Neighbors, starring Seth Rogen and Zac Efron, highlights various comical situations the film's starring couple face when a fraternity moves in next door.

Married couple Rogen and Rose Byrne (Insidious), who have with a newborn baby, try to find a way to tell their new neighbors to "keep it down." Byrne tends to use a swift head move, which leaves Rogen confused.

Efron plays one of the fraternity brothers who tells the couple to call him instead of the cops if the frat house is too loud. While a giant party with blazing fireworks goes on, the couple anonymously call the cops, violating the "circle of trust." It turns out that the police have caller ID, so the couple gets confronted by Efron.

The frat brothers then decide to play practical jokes on the couple. One of these includes taking the airbag out of their car and putting it on Rogen's desk at work. When he sits on his desk, the air bag explodes, sending Rogen to shoot to the ceiling and crash back down to the floor.

As the trailer continues, the couple decides to wreak havoc on the frat house. Soon it becomes a battle of the neighbors with giant exercise balls, used condoms and Byrne kissing another girl.

Directed by Nicholas Stoller (Get Him to the Greek), the film also stars Dave Franco (21 Jump Street) and Christopher Mintz-Plasse (Kick-Ass).

The film is set to release May 9, 2014.
