Scott Disick's dad Jeffrey Disick died Friday, Jan. 5, just two months after the reality star's mom passed away in late October, E! News confirmed.

Additional details of Jeffrey's death and its cause have yet to be revealed at time of publication. Scott has been already dealing with death of his mother Bonnie, who died back in Novemeber at the age of 63 after a long illness. 

"Scott was very close to his mother," a source told Radar Online.

"It was a small affair. There was just a handful of people," the source said of Bonnie's funeral on the east coast. "No other Kardashians beyond Kourtney attended. But the entire family is saddened with the news of Bonnie's passing. They loved her so much."

Scott has not taken the death of his father well and has been mourning ever since he heard the news, reports stated.

"The whole family is so devastated and Scott is beside himself," a different source said. "Scott is an only child with no remaining family."

Bonnie and Jeffrey appeared on a 2011 episode of Kourtney & Kim Take New York when Kourtney Kardashian took the couple's son, Mason, to spend time with his grandparents in The Hamptons, NY. 

Scott was raised in Long Island as an only child before starting his own family with Kardashian in California. The couple was last photographed together in Park City, Utah, on New Years Eve with the rest of the Kardashians on a family holiday vacation.

Kardashian or Scott have yet to release a statement.
