Kaan and Associates is up and running, but Marty's new pod just isn't the same on House of Lies.

Season 3 will show what each member of the gang is up to, and how happy they really are with the new arrangements.

Last season ended with Marty Kaan opening up his own firm, Jeannie Van Der Hooven and Doug Guggenheim remaining at Galweather & Stearn, and Clyde Oberholt doing business with the enemy: Marty's ex-wife, Monica.

Showtime released the premiere episode of season 3, titled Wreckage, a week early on the network's official site. The premiere begins with a look into Marty's new company and its offices, and him jetting off to China to try and close a deal with a health food company. He is still up to his old ways, but on a less grand scale.

Jeannie shows up in his office but her presence confuses Marty, forcing him to ask "What are you doing here? You have answered any of my phone calls. Are you coming back or what?" They kiss in his office, however, the entire scene turns out to not so realistic for Marty.

Each member of the core four still has a cushy job in a fancy office, but they look glum because of the separation. For the time being, Doug is the only one admitting it, saying, "I just miss the good old days."

The pod may eventually get back together, based on a preview video showing them all walking together. Season 3 will also bring viewers a heightened sense of sexual tension, as well as real emotion, between Marty and Jeannie.

House of Lies season 3 premieres on Sunday, Jan. 12, at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
